Jordan Schanen is a Senior Client Specialist in the Baird North Shore office. She began her journey at Baird as an intern in 2017, officially joining the North Shore Office full-time in 2018. Since 2021, she’s been an integral part of our team, bringing her signature blend of professionalism and warmth to every client interaction. As a Senior Client Specialist, Jordan oversees our day-to-day client service and onboarding experience, ensuring each relationship starts and continues with exceptional care and attention.
Known as a go-to resource by both clients and colleagues, Jordan’s expertise spans training, policy and technology, best practices, and operational efficiency. Her approachable style and deep knowledge make her a trusted partner in navigating both routine and complex needs. In recognition of her outstanding contributions, Jordan was honored with Baird’s Branch Support All Star Award in 2023—celebrating her commitment to excellence and her impact across the firm.
Jordan earned her B.S. in Business Management & Finance from Concordia University. Her academic journey also took her abroad to study at John Cabot University in Rome and Corvinus University in Budapest—experiences that deepened her global perspective and love for travel.
She currently lives in Grafton with her husband Nick, where she has found a joy for gardening and experimenting with new recipes.
Jordan holds her FINRA SIE, Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses.
