Jordan Fritz is a Financial Advisor in Training at Baird's North Shore office. Prior to joining Baird, Jordan worked as a Program Manager in the aerospace industry, leading engineering teams in the design, development, and manufacturing of advanced satellite technologies. While he enjoyed the analytical challenges of engineering and project leadership, he was drawn to wealth management by a desire to make a more personal impact, helping individuals and families pursue their goals through trusted relationships and thoughtful financial planning.
Jordan believes effective financial advice starts with understanding what matters most to each client, including their goals, values, and vision for the future. He combines a strong analytical foundation with a relationship-driven approach to help clients navigate complex financial decisions with clarity and confidence.
Jordan earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, as well as a Master of Engineering Management from Penn State University.
Originally from Pewaukee, Wisconsin, Jordan spent nearly a decade in Boulder, Colorado, before returning to Wisconsin in 2026. He lives in Pewaukee with his wife, Nicole, their son, Graham, and their chocolate Lab, Jones. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, golfing, tennis, skiing, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
Jordan currently holds his FINRA SIE & Series 66 licenses and is currently studying for the Series 7.
