Connor Day is a financial advisor at Baird’s North Shore office. Connor was raised in Beloit, Wisconsin and graduated from the Wisconsin School of Business at UW-Madison in 2017. Connor began his career at ABC Supply Company. There, he quickly distinguished himself as a successful branch manager in the company, and over the span of five years, led a high-performing team and became a trusted partner for builders and contractors in the greater Milwaukee area.
In 2022, Connor joined Baird and was selected for the firm’s Private Wealth Management Foundations Program; an intensive training experience designed to deepen advisor’s expertise and strengthen collaboration with Baird’s internal support teams. That same year, he joined The Schmit Group.
Connor specializes in advanced financial planning to help others navigate significant life events. Connor’s approach begins with focusing on people to build meaningful, long-term relationships. He works closely with individuals and families, his team at Baird, and clients’ CPAs and attorneys to implement personalized planning strategies.
Connor lives in West Bend, Wisconsin, with his wife, Elizabeth, and their dog, Hollis.He’s active in the local community, serving on the board of Habitat for Humanity of Washington & Dodge Counties. Outside of work, he enjoys being outdoors, following Wisconsin sports, and spending time with family and friends across Wisconsin.
Connor holds his FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
